Visit us May 17-18 at the NBC-17 Health and Fitness Festival. We'll be located at the Be Active Track in the Jim Graham Building, North Carolina State Fairgrounds. Stop by and see live demos of Be Active HOPS, a 21st century physical education tool of the future. Players from the United Soccer League's Carolina RailHawks will be available for autographs. And of course, there will be fun and games for all ages to get you moving toward a healthy active lifestyle.

Healthy Active Children Policy Trainings
To assist implementation of the new state mandate that all children K-8 receive a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each school day, the North Carolina Health and Wellness Trust Fund has provided funding and resources to train teachers Statewide.
