Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She concentrated in marketing and has worked both in children’s publishing in Atlanta, GA and most recently as an Account Executive for a Raleigh-based advertising agency. Liz has a comprehensive business and marketing background and  manages the annual golf tournament.

Fitness heroes: All Olympic athletes, especially the Special Olympics
Fitness goals: Lose the baby weight once the little bean comes!
Favorite walking or jogging trail: My neighborhood with my dog, Oscar
