Favorite way to be active: Softball and swimming
Fitness goals: My brother and I are going to participate in the Rock ‘N Roll Half Marathon in Virginia Beach in 2009. The longest distance I’ve ever run is 10 miles and that was in high school, so it’s going to be rough!
Fitness hero: Dara Torres – you can live your dreams at any age!
Favorite walking or jogging trail: Fearrington Village on the gravel trails.
