School Action Plan
In order to effectively complete the tasks your team sets out to accomplish it is helpful to have an action plan. An action plan helps the team think through the school's improvement goals, action steps, timeline, resources, who is responsible for each task, how to track and evaluate what is done and the communication plan to get the news out to the population of the school.
