It is necessary to conduct a needs assessment of both the school community and employee wellness before beginning the implementation of programs.

It's important to keep in mind that assessments should be on-going to evaluate programs once they are implemented. It will not only be of use in guiding programs at the beginning, but will also help you monitor programs and see how effective programs have been.
