Trainers

Thank you for attending one of the regional trainings!  We hope that the trainings were useful and fun, and you are all excited to help implement the HAC policy during this upcoming academic year!  Within the next couple of weeks, you should receive your first stipend for attending the training, and be contacted by Be Active North Carolina regarding trainings to be held in your district.

Please see below for supplemental training materials, and be sure to check back periodically for updates!  Feel free to direct others to this website as well.  If you have any questions regarding the trainings, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Get healthy and smarter

The Energizers are classroom based physical activities that help get students healthy and active while maintaining structure and learning. Energizers allow for physical activity to be integrated with learning, and not only help students to be active during the school day, but help them to learn better. Learn more.
