Physical Activity for Your Family

Making physical activity a part of your family’s time together offers great health and social benefits.  Planning regular time to be active with your family can also help you stay motivated.  Identify 30 minute time slots that you could use for physical activity and set long and short term goals.  A short term goal might be riding your bikes three times per week.  A long-term goal could be to bike five days per week.  It’s important to find fun and enjoyable activities that fit into your daily lives.  Make a list of activities you can do together regardless of weather conditions.
