time together as a family? Well why not make it a part of your lives
together.
Set goals as a family, if everyone is involved in the process then
the plan is more likely to work. Discuss what activities each person
likes to do and then come up with several activities that you can
do as a family.
Keep a family exercise journal that you can use for each person
to write down what physical activity they did on a given day. Once
the entire family reaches their fitness goals you should all go
out for a fun day on the town and reward yourselves.
